RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Due to the enormous amount of no-shows of bookings we are unfortunately obligated to work with the following booking conditions.

Payment
Upon placing the reservation we kindly ask for a online down payment of 50% of the reservation. The outstanding amount can be paid after your reservation and can be fulfilled via pin, credit card or cash.
In case the reservation is cancelled, the down payment will be returned minus € 15,00 administration costs.
It's possible to reschedule the reservation free of charge.
In case the reservation is cancelled and you wish to reschedule the reservation, but you don't know when this will be taking place, we'll offer you a voucher for € 15,00 to be used when you book the reservation.

Cancellation
Groups of 1 - 7 guests:
Upto 48 hours in advance free of charge
48 - 24 hours in advance of your reservation 50% of the reservation
24 hours - no show 100% of the reservation
Groups of 8 - 35 guests:
Upto 14 days in advance free of charge
13 - 7 days in advance of your reservation 50% of the reservation
6 - 2 days in advance of your reservation 75% of the reservation
24 hours - no show 100% of the reservation
