The Stir - Classic on the rocks

Requirements: Tumbler glass, ice cubes & cocktail in a bottle "Avondgloed"

 

• Fill a tumbler glass with ice

• Fill your glass with Avondgloed (approx. 50ml) and stir briefly

•  Cheers!

The Build - "Twilight Twist"

Requirements: Long drink glass, ice cubes, lime juice, cola, slice of lime & cocktail in a bottle "Avondgloed"

 

• Fill a highball glass with ice

• Fill your glass halfway with Avondgloed

• Add 20 ml fresh lime juice (30 ml for the sour lover).

• Top with cola

• Garnish with a slice of lime

The Shake - "Glow Wine"

Requirements: Martini glass, ice cubes, red wine, fresh orange juice, slice of orange, strainer (Hawthorne), fine mesh strainer & cocktail in a bottle "Avondgloed"

 

• Fill the shaker with ice

• Add 50 ml Avondgloed

• Add 30 ml red wine

• Add 20 ml fresh orange juice

• Shake the ingredients well

• Pour the drink into the martini glass using a double strainer (Hawthorne and fine mesh).

• Garnish with a slice of orange

• Cheers!

 

Extra suggestion: "Gloedwijn" is also very tasty to serve warm in winter!
