The Stir - Classic on the rocks

Requirements: Tumbler glass, ice cubes, cocktail in a bottle "'t Anker"

 

• Fill a tumbler glass with ice

• Fill your glass with the Anchor (approx. 50ml) and stir briefly 

• Cheers!

 

 

The Build - Classic G&T Plus Package

Requirements: Highball glass, ice cubes, cocktail in a bottle "'t Anker", tonic

 

• Fill a highball glass with ice

• Fill the glass halfway with 't Anker

• Top off with a somewhat bitter tonic 

• Garnish with a slice of (dried) lime

The Shake - “Lamme Bertus” 

Requirements: Tumbler glass, cocktail shaker, strainer (Hawthorne), fine mesh strainer, ice cubes, cocktail in a bottle "'t Anker", ginger beer

 

• Fill  the shaker with ice

• Add 50 ml 't Anker

• Add 20 ml fresh lime juice (30 ml for the sour lovers) 

• Shake the ingredients well

• Fill a tumbler glass with ice

• Pour the drink from the shaker into the Tumbler glass using a double strainer (strainer and fine mesh).

• Top with ginger beer
